Due to the heavy weight of diesel generators themselves, most generators are shipped on pallets to facilitate forklift loading and unloading.

The fumigation-free laminate pallets used by TAVAS are pre-treated with high temperature, which can eliminate customs inspection and quarantine procedures and greatly reduce transportation time.

At the TAVAS factory, we have specialized equipment to box and pack the packaged generators and wrap them in clear protective film to protect them from rain and scratches. Transportation is usually handled by experienced personnel with forklift licenses to load the goods into containers.

We sometimes receive complaints from clients about package breakage, after a detailed site survey, we found that 90% of the damage is caused by brutal unloading by unprofessional forklift drivers, so the following are some tips to pay attention to when unloading.

1. Pay attention to the width of the pallet, the insertion length of the forks should not exceed the width of the pallet to avoid damaging the rear cargo.

2. Pay attention to the position of the wheels of the generator. For the convenience of customers, the wheels of some generators are already installed, forklift trucks should pay attention to avoid the 4 wheels when unloading to avoid damage. (Putting the wheels in the form of parts inside the package is the safest practice).

3. The package must not be unloaded upside down or tilted sideways to prevent oil leakage from the generator.

4. Do not use throwing, dropping, dragging, overturning the cargo.

Clients should also be aware of container weight limits at local ports and inland trucks to avoid overweight.

Clients should inform TAVAS in advance if their local warehouses have height requirements for the pallets and we can customize the pallets to meet your needs.

In March 2022, TAVAS completed the full testing and commercialization of the 9.8 kW 1100F and 12.7 kW 1103F engines, two lightweight, high performance single-cylinder diesel generators weighing only about 60kg net. At the same time, noise and vibration are effectively controlled.
The 1100F is Euro V emission certified with a power of 9.8 kW and an emission of 667 cc.
